Releasing African Voices
I recently shared this word at a Beholding and Becoming session but I feel God say to share it broader so here goes.
God is showing me that He is breaking off unworthiness from us as Africans. I believe He is showing me that historically but also especially in the last 10-15 years there has been a deliberate shut-down and immobilizing of African voices (geographical)- writers, singers, artists, preachers, prophetic voices and others.
Many have been limited, even immobilized by fear and insecurity because the attack on them has been relentless. Many felt crushed when they tried and failed, the disappointment went deep. Words have silenced the words in you.
But there is an uncorking now. It’s like a bottle of champagne is being opened, and that is you. Creativity is flowing. Words are flowing again. He is breaking off any feelings of unworthiness and of not being good enough. There are no hoops to jump through in Him to release the high thoughts of heaven. And that is Good News because I see angels holding loudspeakers and trumpets to our mouths in this hour to declare to the Nations those high thoughts of heaven.

This is such a timely word for the preparation we are finding ourselves in.
He really wants to shine His light on us and bring glory and honour through us for His name sake. I agree that in this declaration of opening that champagne bottle, we will come into the fullness of our preparedness to enter the fullness of our callings through the voices that are lifted up in confidence and strength, to usher the glory of the King in the realms we are to take occupation.

Amen Nicky! Amen to entering the fullness of calling, the strength of voices and the King of Glory being ushered in. So well put, I love it. Whoa!!!
